We are just minutes to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, historic Lewes and the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park, and right next door to a wide array of great dining and 130 tax-free outlet stores, and many other activities and attractions. And on top of it all, Mar Bella does its part to protect the environment with 32 kilowatts of solar power, solar water heaters, recycling and other carbon offsets.
The Sandpiper room is a spacious luxury bedroom decorated in coastal style with a vaulted ceiling, private en suite bathroom and your own private garden patio. It's on the ground floor in the courtyard area of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features two premium queen-size beds and a comfy reading chairs. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink with lighted makeup mirror. There's a 58" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Sandpiper is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay!
All our guests have full access to Mar Bella's great amenities, including the large in-ground pool, our huge 11-by-8 foot hot tub, the unique Himalayan salt-walled sauna, the Mar Bella Market for snacks, drinks, ice cream and more, luxurious hot/cold outdoor showers, a fire pit for evening relaxing, as well as hammocks strung beneath the pines and gorgeous outdoor seating and lounging areas all around the property. We have ample free parking for our guests, and an EV charger is available.
You won't find a cleaner hotel in all of Rehoboth Beach! Your room has been scrupulously cleaned and sanitized by our housekeeping staff who follow a strict cleaning protocol. Unlike almost all other hotels we launder all bed coverings and blankets after every stay. You will find your room sparkling clean and sand-free, guaranteed.

Summary: This is my third time staying at Mar Bella, and I can’t wait to come back! It’s the best place to stay in Rehoboth beach, especially for couples. Shockingly it was the first time I was able to enjoy the courtyard that is fully stocked with amenities including a pool, hot tub, sauna, games, and tons of lounge areas. David was kind enough to reschedule my trip due to a family emergency, which took a ton of communication. I can’t thank him and the Mar Bella team enough for making my stay work and providing me and my partner with an unforgettable stay!

Summary: If I could, I would give 10 stars. This place is a hidden gem. There is attention to every detail throughout this property. We took advantage of all the amenities. We felt like we were at a high end resort. Peaceful, relaxing and super clean! We will definitely be back.

Summary: We booked the Sandpiper room for 3 nights, so we could attend a family wedding near by and could not have been more happy with Mar Bella. The minute you walked into the courtyard, it was a peaceful outdoor oasis, with so many options for sitting, chilling and gathering with the strung lights hung around and I even watched bunnies play in the flower boxes. The room was so spacious and comfortable, with its massive bathroom and cozy chair, we felt like we were away from the busy world and the bed with the most comfy pillows made me have one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. They have thought of everything here, with remote blinds, great TV watching options and all the amenities needed to enjoy the stay and as much coffee as you can handle. I did not partake in the pool, sauna or jacuzzi, but they all looked awesome and will if life ever takes me back to Rehoboth Beach, I’m for sure going to! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and were always just a text away if you did not see them watering flowers or bustling around the property. Final note, you will not regret your choice, it’s centrally located to all the attractions, shops and restaurants and 1776 Steakhouse is a must! Jim and Gail Allen Park, Michigan

Summary: We stayed there last June and plan to go back this year again. It’s a quiet oasis away from noise and traffic yet close enough to the beach and attractions. The sandpiper room we stayed in was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and clean. A 5 star property? “DEFINITELY”
